Residential Property Management:
- We will list your rental properties for lease on MLS system and internet website realtor.com
- Check credit reports screening and qualifying potential tenants.
- Sign lease contracts with tenants.
- Collect monthly rental payments then send the rent payments to the owners.
- Issuing rental income 1099 MISC at the end of year.
- We also represent the owners to handle tenant eviction at local Justice of the Peace. Usually, the eviction fees will be charged to tenants' security deposits.
